This is the Instrument Panel from Joe's Helicopter (even though it has a nunch of images of the Osprey on it...). You never see one like this in the Osprey or the Jet, but you ca nbarely make it out in some of the Helicopter scenes. It's a single, self-contained box with a string of lights attached to the inside to light it up. They were also able to 'blue-screen' out the center display of the console and replace it with various video footage as seen in the movie.
