This is a small scale (smallest Jet I've seen) Team America Jet. You can see a hole on the edge of the wing that actually runs through the entire wing and come out by the engines. This (and the one on the other side) was were the Jet would have been attached to the guide wires that it would travel along, while a smaller wire would have been tied to the hole through the nose to allow the jet to be pulled along during filming. The engines are also built out of metal tubes so a burning substance could be put in them to simulate flames (and there are burn marks inside the red openings on the wings that indicate this was actually done at one point). It's approximately 12 inches long.

I have not been able to screen match it exactly, but I believe it was used in the background of Team Base.
